What We Offer

-The initial step is to register with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Accomplished Business Name Registration form. (Avail it here). 
  • Registration fee, documentary stamp depending on the regional coverage. 
  • One copy of a valid, government-issued ID.

Registration with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA). 

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 15 members. 
  • Bond of accountable officers. 
  • Capitalization of at least PHP 15,000 total paid-up capital.
  • Four copies of the Economic Survey. 
  • Four copies of the Articles of cooperation duly notarized (avail at CDA office), and By-Laws. 
  • Undertaking to change the name and submit reportorial requirements. 
  • Cooperative pre-membership education seminar certification. 
  • Audited financial statements and Cooperative Annual performance Report to secure a certificate of good standing. 

REQUIREMENTS FOR CORPORATIONS

Mandatories: 

  • Articles of Incorporation. 
  • Verification Slip form. 
  • A written undertaking to Change the Corporate Name by a Trustee or Incorporator. 
  • Registration fee.

For Stock Corporations :

  • Treasurer’s affidavit and clearance certificate from Government agencies.
  • Bank Certificate of Deposit, with the notarized location of the Bank. 
  • Proof of Inward Remittance by subscribers or Non-resident Aliens. 
  • Foreign investment application form. (F-100)

For Non-Stock Corporations :

  • Records of a list of members and the amount contributed duly certified by the Treasurer or Secretary. 

 

BUSINESS PERMIT

The business permit depends on the sector specified agencies, such as

  • Travel Agencies – Department of Tourism (DOT)
  • Food and Cosmetics – Food and Drug Administration (FDA). 
  • Education and Learning centers – Department of Education (DepEd)
  • Pawnshop/Financial services – Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). 

The business permit registration involves registration with the local government units or the municipality. 

Mayor's Permit

Requirements: 

BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE (BIR)

The Bureau of Internal Revenue is a government agency connected with the Department of Finance.

It serves to collect and reduce all the internal revenue taxes, fees, and charges, enforce all penalties, forfeitures, and fines connected.

The registration of the business in the BIR is one of the most essential and supporting prerequisites to operate a business in the Philippines because you cannot engage in any business without a tax identification number and can only avail after the registration.

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatories

  • Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Authority to print Book of Journal and Invoice.

     

APPLICATION FOR TIN (For Employers).

For Corporations & Partnerships 

  • License to operate a business in the Philippines (for Foreign Citizens).
  • Either a mayor’s permit or an application for Mayor’s permit. 
  • SEC registration certificates for corporations & partnerships

     

Self Employed/Mixed-Income Individual. 

  • Valid government-issued ID or a certificate of birth showing full name, address, and date of birth. 
  • Either a mayor’s permit or an application for Mayor’s permit. 
  • Department of Trade and Industries (DTI) Certificate of Business Name Registration. 

Authority to print Book of Journal and Invoice. 

For Registered Taxpayers 

  • Final and clear sample of receipts and invoices 
  • Xerox copies of proof of payment, Certificate of registration (COR), with the last booklet printed. 
  • Job Order.

     

For the New Taxpayers 

  • Final and clear sample of Receipts and Invoices with machine printed. 
  • Xerox copies of BIR formsproof of payment, TIN card.
